Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following policy applies in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the item.

2. Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
